Is there one thing that you tend to say, “I can never do that.” That is something that I will never touch.
I used say that I can never dance.
I wanted so badly to be able to dance.
But I took it upon myself to try figure skating and do spinning.
Being able to see those results after those many months of practicing is really gratifying.
We naturally create barriers to things that we are bad at because we don’t want to see ourselves be bad at them.
But it’s only through constant repetition that you realize you can actually do it better.
Am I perfect at dancing now Is it beautiful? No, it is not
But it’s much better than I ever thought it would be.
So if there’s something in your life that you have been constantly telling yourself, “This is not for me, I can never do it.”
But in the back of your mind, you really want to become good at it.
Then I suggest you try it. You might actually be better than what you’ve been telling yourself.
It’ll give you an energy to be able to believe in yourself more, to do more things that you never really trusted yourself that you could do.
So go and surprise yourself, guys.

One of the biggest things for me was I am never going to live in korea and I’m never going to work in an IT company.
I think I said it so much that those words actually manifested themselves.
To give yet another example
I used say that I can never dance.
I wanted so badly to be able to dance.

These are both exercises that require a lot more graceful body performances.
